In short, a digital signature is a modern email technology that guarantees that the email is coming from the person who it says it is coming from. It's essentially 100% impossible to fake and because of that, it is 100% impossible for Detective Sargeant Jason Bartlett to DENY what he claimed.

That ship has sailed, so to speak.

After you read this short email, you will see why that is such an important aspect here. The contents of what is stated by Jason Bartlett is, effectively, a criminal accusation against Lisa Kobayashi, Detective Jung-Yul Kim, and also against the Maintenance and Construction Skilled Trades Council whose inaction enabled this crime to go unnoticed for several months.

The Maintenance and Construction Skilled Trades Council could have easily sent a simple notification of their possession of the toolset. They deliberately failed to do this, as it would directly expose the criminal actions that brought the toolset into their possession in the first place.

Now, just look, they have effectively exposed all of their criminal conspirators and themselves together.

Really, I should be thanking them for that.

But who is ever to thank for anything other that The Most High God(SWT), OUR LORD.

It is the LORD who is ultimately responsible for exposing these criminal losers, which is clearly unavoidable for them at this stage. All those losers can do, is pray and ask forgiveness at any time. I sincerely hope for their sake that they will do this.

The Bartlett Email has damned this ENTIRE LOSER CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION.

I must also make special mention of Jung-Yul Kim, as it is his culpable actions which have resulted in the exposure of his entire CRIMINAL NETWORK.

Good morning Mr. Murdock,

In regard to line three, I hope this helps to clarify a few points. The equipment was confiscated on February 1, 2023. The tools were seized at the request of the TDSB, and it was only for the purpose of keeping them secure and preventing them from being lost or misplaced.

In terms of which laws were breached, resulting in the confiscation of tools. I am not aware of any, and to be clear, the tools were never forfeited and were always yours.

Yes. These are the same tools that DC Kim has suggested are kept at 330 Progress Avenue.

Regarding line one, this is something I would have to investigate and get back to you on.
